under West Street, Saipingehan, portion of Queens Road West, Rullah Lane, Triangle Street, Jai wong Street, Hillier Street, Mercer Street, Cleverly Street, Wellington Street and a few other lesser thoroughfares. The
sectional form of sewers has been improved and due care has been had to give them the steepest gradient possible to aid the flow.
A large proportion of Storm drainage has been excluded from the drains, the necessary amount being only
