He said (in Cantonese):-Mr. Chairman, as Chairman of the Public Health Select Committee, I rise to move the motion standing in my name:
RESOLVED that the Food Business (Urban Council) (Amendment) (No. 2) Bylaw 1998, Milk (Urban Council) (Amendment) Bylaw 1998 and Frozen Confections (Urban Council) (Amendment) Bylaw 1998 be made under section 56 and 56B of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132.'
The purposes of the said Amendment Bylaws is to extend the provisional licensing system of restaurants to other food premises, and introduce a new provisional licence for milk factories and frozen confection factories so that the holder of such licence may commence business pending the issue of a full licence.

'RESOLVED that the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Public Pleasure Grounds) (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (No. 5) Order 1998 be made under section 106 of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Cap. 132.*

`RESOLVED that the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Public Pleasure Grounds) (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) (No. 5) Order 1998 be made under section 106 of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance. Cap. 132.'
The purpose is to amend the Fourth Schedule of the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance, Chapter 132 to include two new venues viz: Nam Cheong Park and Yee On Street Market Rest Garden; and to delete two existing public pleasure grounds viz: Cloud View Road Amenity Plot and Sham Shui Po Ferry Concourse Amenity Plot.
