Chairman (in Cantonese):-Thank you. This issue will be referred to the relevant Working Group for discussion in order to improve the Standing Orders. Since the dilatory motion has been moved and seconded, it is now put to vote.
The question on Mr. San Stephen WONG's dilatory motion refer to the matter to the Liquor Licensing Board for discussion was put.
The dilatory motion was carried with 15 for, 5 against and 6 abstentions.
