CHAIRMAN (in English):-That concludes the business of today's meeting. I wish all present a pleasant holiday as August is a holiday month. Unfortunately I will be out of town during September for reason of which you are all aware, I leave you in the competent hands of our Vice-Chairman, Dr. Tu. The Council stands adjourned until Tuesday, 13 September 1988 at 2.30 p.m.
