toilet and changing facilities are in the final phase of con- struction at Big Wave Bay and Shek O beaches. They should be completed towards the end of this month and by mid-September respectively.
Plans for future facilities include additional toilets, showers and changing rooms at the increasingly popular Deep Water Bay beach, which it is hoped will be ready in time for the 1976 swimming season. Similar facilities are also planned as an integral part of the Lido redevelopment scheme at the neighbouring Repulse Bay; and it is hoped that the facilities at Repulse Bay can be further improved after the expiry of the Seaview lease in October 1976.
