TERMS OF REFERENCE
To exercise the powers and functions of the Council relating to cleansing and conservancy, health education, pest control, and the licensing of laundries, barber shops, commercial bath houses and offensive trade.
Liaison: "Keep Hong Kong Clean" Campaign Committee.
To exercise the functions of the Council in relation to financial control and review of financial priorities. To deal with Urban Council tenders.
To exercise the powers and functions of the Council in relation to food and food premises, and to the issue of liquor licences.
* To attend only when an item on health education is included on the agenda.
