CHAIRMAN:-Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Adolf Hsu, who is no stranger to most Members, will take over from Mr. TIBBLES on a temporary basis until a replacement is posted. It is hoped that Mr. Hsu will then return to the Parks, Recreation & Amenities Division where he will fill a Senior Executive Officer post which has recently been approved for that Division.
