By-laws 7, 8(1), 8(2) and 9 of the Wells and Water Storage By-laws (Cap. 132 [sub-leg]), By-law 4 (in regard to natural, ordinary and mechanical ventilation) of the Ventilation By-laws (Cap. 132 [sub-leg]), including advising the Council on matters affecting air conditioning in relation to public health, and also under the by-laws relating to Laundries, Basements, Mosquito Prevention, Commercial Bathhouses, Public Latrines and Public Conveniences.
To deal with matters pertaining to estimates of expenditure in connexion with proposed new building projects, staff, equipment, etc.
