Red Cross Funds.
His Majesty's Government credits the Hong Kong Government with the sum of £115,000 in respect of any amounts which may be recovered from the British Red Cross Society arising out of transactions with the International Red Cross on behalf of Hong Kong; actual cash receipts would bo retained by His Majesty's Government. His Majesty's Government would also retain any recoveries of the funds at present frozen in Tokyo as a result of these transactions.
