I approve grant of interest-free loan of $600,000 for rebuilding school and repayment over period of eight years from January, 1952. Provided you and Finance Committee are satisfied it is prudent I agree Salesian Society may guarantee lean but I suggest that guarantee should be so drawn that it binds Society as a whole and not merely "The Procurator in Hong Kong of the Salesian Society" (see Ordinance No. 9 of 1931).
