I enclose copies of correspondence with the Board of Trade concerning a Mr. and Mrs. A. Allison and a Mr. and Mrs. R. Ogden, formerly of Hong Kong and now permanently resident in Australia, and shall be grateful to learn whether any assistance can be rendered these persons from Hɔng Kong funds,
