I enclose copies of correspondence with the War Office regarding details of the disbursement of the £105,000.
In view of the request made in the last paragraph of the War Office letter of the 29th October, I should be glad to be informed whether it would be possible to produce any documentary evidence of the precise disbursement made by the Hong Kong Government.
