I have just arrived in England from China
and I enclose herewith copy of my Report handed to
the Swiss Consul General in charge of British Interests
at Shanghai, China, upon my release from Internment
Camp in Shanghai.
I informed the Swiss Consulate
there that I should be making my report to my Govern-
ment direct when I arrived in England.
I shall be pleased to call on you personally to
give you any further information you may require, if you
will communicate with me at the above address.
I am up
in London quite frequently.
