locked an outside, no light or air except from under door, no room to even lie down, or exercise feet, sat an Small chair whole period, bucket in corner for toilet purposes no water to wash or drink, no food except cup tea & piece toust twice day, on one occasion no food for 14 days & another time for one day. No change of clothing. When finally taken out I could not stand or talk through exhaustion. Nobody spoke to me and I could not communicate in any way during whole period.

you were subjected? Complete nervous wreck, suffering ex- haustion from nervous strain and weakness. Formerly had
one paralyetic stroke & high blood pressure,& this Inhuman confinement in such a place affected my health for several months, and I was under treatment by Dr. Korec of Shanghai.
