PRELIMINARY
1. (a) “The directors" means the members for the time being of the Board of Directors hereby constituted.
(b) "The Ordinance" means the Companies Or-
dinance, 1932.
(c) When any provision of the Ordinance is referred to the reference is to such provision as modified by any Ordinance for the time being in force. (d) Unless the context otherwise requires expres- sions defined in the Ordinance or any statutory modification thereof in force at the date at which these regulations become binding on the company shall have the meanings so defined. 2. The number of members with which the company
proposes to be registered is seven.
