Brunt is prepared to visit Hong Kong to advise in detail on scheme. His contract with Mitchell Engineering Ltd., can be terminated at one months notice. He suggests retaining fee at rate of £1,500 per annum i.e. £250 for two months visit plus passages, transport and subsistence allowance. He would prefer Government to provide free board and accommodation and reduced subsistence allowance if this can be arranged.
