Please refer to Er. Hall's letter of the 19th March, to Hr. Brunt, a copy of which was sent to Mr. Quastel on the same date.

I understand that you are now dealing with this case and that you have already soon Mr. Brunt and have explained to him shat inoculations etc. be should have before going to Hong Kong, as well as provisionally bocking him an sir passage, but that you require official confirmation of Mr. Brunt's_asseptance of the Government of Hong Kong's offer.

I attach a copy of Mr. Brant's letter of acceptance of the offer contained in Hong Kong telegram No. 292 and also a copy of Hong Kong telegram Ho. 326. You my quete these two telegrams as your authority for arranging Mr. Brunt's air passage.

You will see from Mr. Brunt's letter that be has asked that Hong Kong should bear the cost of personal sesident Insurancs to cover his period of servics. A similar request from Er. N.G. Fisher,
