Dear Mr. Erunt,
Please refer to your letter to me of the 13th August about the Hong Song Caposting Project. I am sorry to have to inform you that your proposals are not acceptable to the Government of Hong Kong and that they do not propose to avail themelves farther of your services,
This leaves you free to take up the alternative employsent about which you told no, However, I have to ask you to let ne have, for tranemission to the Bong Yong Government, any planning memoranda, or other documenta, which you prepared while you were still being paid by that Covernment - 1.6. during the month after your return to this countxy.
