Mr Paul Tsui coula be relied upon to prepare a suitable questionnaire and also to select the investigators. The need for an officer or committee to whom Mr Tsui should be responsible was discussed

but no conclusion was arrived at.

Mr Nicoll stressed the need for the survey to start as soon as possible and for Mr Tsui to be employed on it full time.He asked for arrangements to be made

for him to see Professor Firth at the end of April.
