I would be prepared to make a loan of total amount of $18,750 from Colonial Development and welfare funds but on information available I do not coneider that any part of assistavice can justifiably be given by way of rant.
<. You may prefer to coneider loan to Organisation by Hong Kong Goverment in order to avoid taking up further Coloniel Development and Welfare money in form of loan.
