hereinafter provided AND that if the Lessee shall give notice in writing of his desire in that behalf not less than six months before the expiration of the term hereby granted His said Majesty will at the request and cost of the Lessee grant unto him the said further term at such re-assessed rent as shall be fairly and impartially fixed by the Governor as the fair and reasonable rental value of the said pier at the expiration of the term hereby granted AND in all other respects such new Lease shall be granted upon the like covenants and provisoes as are herein contained with the exception of the present covenant for renewal.
(4) Any notice to the Lessee shall be sufficiently served if left Service of addressed to him on the demised premises or sent to him by post.
