I enclose, for your information, two
proof prints of Letters Patent to be passed under the Great Seal of the Realn, amending the Letters Patent of the 14th February, 1917, in the form in which they will be submitted to His Majesty in Council.
2. I will inform you by telegram of the date on which the Instrument issues, together with any other additions or amendments which may be required to be made to it. This will enable you, should you so desire, to proceed with local publication, in advance of the receipt of the sealed copy of the Letters Patent.

I would emphasise the confidential nature of this document until the receipt of my telegram referred to above.
