Crown Lands legislation.
1. As requested in paragraph 2, I enclose two copies each of the Nyasaland, British Guiana and Trinidad Ordinances and two photostat copies of the Fiji Ordinance. The latter supersedes the Fiji Ordinance referred to in your despatch.
2. The Trinidad Crown Lands Ordinance (Ch.27, No. 5) is of some interest as it mentions the deeds and instruments that may be signed by the Sub-Intendant of Crown Lands (Section 7).
