I am directed to ražer to the letter from this Department of the 21st October last regarding the secondment of Fr. R. G. D. Houghton to Hong Kong for the purpose of consulting with and advising the Commissioner of labour, Hong Kong, on labour problems in the Colony.
I am to convey Mr. Griffiths' appreciation ani thanks to the Ministry for making Mr. Houghton's servioss available for this task which he has carried out with great ability and thoroughness.
