The Hong Kong Government credits His Majesty's Government with the sum of £400,000 in respect of a group of claims for stores, rice, etc., supplied during and after the period of British Military Administration. The Hong Kong Government relinquishes any claim it might have for refunds in respect of Siamese free rice. Any further receipts from the sale of stores would accrue to the Hong Kong Government.

1. (xxi) Further Claims.

His Majesty's Government and the Hong Kong Government agree that no further minor claims arising out of the war of the type disposed of in this settlement will be raised against each other.
