I am replying to your letter to Mr Fairclough of the 30th April as I have recently taken his place in the Hong Kong Department.
I an afraid we have heard nothing further from Hong Kong about the B.M.A, Account with the Hong Kong Electricity Companies, but we have recently sent a reminder to the Governor and I enclose a copy for your information.
I will let you know as soon as we hear anything.
