I enclose a copy of a savingram from Hong Kong dealing with the remaining items referred to in your letter of the 7th April, but as you see, there is still no mention of the B. M. A. Account with the Electricity Companies.
The final paragraph of the savingram gives a lead for a strong reminder on this long outstanding matter, and if my last reminder produces no results within the next week or two I will send another one off.
