number of Puisne Judges from two to three in order that one Judge may act as Chairman of the Public Services Committee in addition to other judicial duties. It also recommends an increase of $3,000 in the provision for Publications.
The effect of these recommendations results in certain amendments to the Appropriation for 1951-52 Ordinance, 1951, which are detailed in the attached appendix.
