Miss Gwilliam has written these brief comments on her visit to Hong Kong. She is anxious for them not to be treated as an official document so I am sending it for your private information.
We can discuss any points arising from it when we meet.
Miss Gwilliam, at the suggestion of Sidebotham has sent a copy to Sir Alexander Grantham personally as they had discussions in Hong Kong and have met several times here in the past month.
