Explanatory Remarks

Stocks of materials already replenished thus obviating local purchase

at high cost.

Port Health Office moved to Office of Marine Dept. and light charges

met by latter.

Fewer expenses incurred than anticipated.

Less travelling done by vaccinators due to early control in spread of

infectious diseases.
