Member of Inter-Departmental Committee on industry in connection with new factories. Research into World and Far Eastern Markets for local products. Administration of issuing Certificates of Origin & Imperial pre- ference. Examination of proposals to introduce a special mark "Made in Hong Kong" and Standards of quality.
Economic Degree of a Good Standard.
Experience in industrial research, particularly factory design and labour deployment.
