Acting in our capacity of Selling Agents for the Chinese Government Ministry of Communications, we beg to submit the following claims for Railway Materials and Supplies the property of the Ministry of Communications, requisitioned by the Hong Kong Government prior to 8th December, 1941, payment for which has not been made.
Our Invoice No.004 amounting to £207,927. 10. 0 covering
Wagon Materials.
Attached to our invoice is a detailed list of the Wagon
Materials delivered to the Hong Kong Government against this requisition.
Our Invoice No. 005 amounting to 129,769. 0. 0 covering
Mild Steel Bars, Plates, etc.
Attached to our invoice is a copy of "Form E Return of
Stocks of Metals for the month of November 1941" made to the Metals Controller.
