I enclose a copy of a letter from Captain S.M.Gidley of 243, Prince Edward Road, Kowloon, together with copies of correspondence with the War Office and The Officers Association.
As you will see, The Officers Association is prepared to consider whether any assistance can be given Captain Gidley and has already written to him.
Captain Gidley's letter has not been acknowledged and I should be grateful if a suitable reply could be sent to him.
