Delegation should leave Hong Kong by air for
Singapore on November 9th.
Details of return
journey will be confirmed as soon as possible.
3. I shall of course be most grateful if
you will afford delegation every possible
assistance and facilities, in particular in
regard to arranging accommodation for them,
where this is required.
