I am member of the Chinese Communist Party. I arrived in Hongkong during May 1948 to work for the Chinese Communist Party. I
refuse to disclose the source of my instructions. I refuse to disclose my place of abode. My presence in Hongkong is entirely in the interest of the Chinese Communist Party. I have no other occupation.
I admit that the documents shown to me were found in my possession
by the Polios.
As a member of the Chinese Communist Party my duty is to refuse to disclose any information regarding my activities or the activities of the Chinese Communist Party.
I have no property in the Colony and I do not wish to call any witnesses to speak on my behalf.
