I have no objection to the basis of calculation for the cost of conversion of the leasehold to fee simple proposed in the memorandum by your Valuation and Resumption Officer enclosed with your despatch under reference. I assume, however, that you will draw his attention to paragraph 2 of my telegram 686 of 4th June in case it affects his valuation.
