Site for U、S, Consulate Building in Hong Kong
with reference to your letter of the 18th June, we have now received a savingram from Hong Kong (a copy of which I attach) setting out the proposals for the financial terms in respect of the site for the new Consulate.
I should be glad to know whether you agree that the rental of £1078 should be commuted on the terms proposed.
