Preece, Cardew and kid 2 have raised question of disposal of 2,900 line tiephone exchange ordered under the authority of Thomson (in a letter dated 24th May, 1945, reference 351/7) Prom Siemens at ecot of approximately $45,000. Understand that Hong Kong Telephone Company subsequently gave orders for cancellation but that Siemens found this impossible.
