Gentlemen,
I am directed to refer to your letter of the 21st April, 1949 about the Hong Kong Hotels Ordinance.
The Governor of Hong Kong's reply to the points which were referred to him has been received and arrangements can now be made for you to be heard on the petition.
It is suggested that the occasion for this be fixed for 12 noon on Friday 6th May at this office and I am to ask you to indicate whether this will be convenient.
