We have had a word about the first Annual Report of the Hong Kong War Memorial Fund, sent to us under cover of your letter of 21st May.
I have read the Report with interest, and take this opportunity of returning it. As I told you, we have no comments of substance, though, in our conversation, we touched on the implications of paragraph 10As I told you we have no particular objection to this procedure
providing of course that the fund is not allowed to outlive its usefulness.
