have in mind and salary. Appointment of Town Planner
for Borneo on 3 years contract has been approved at rate
of £1,500 per annum. Cost of expert of comparable
status to Sir P. Abercrombie would of course be much
higher.
There is no objection in principle to the cost
of either scheme being met by an allocation under
C.D. and W.
