My name is Leung Tau and I was 2nd Engineer of
the "Kwong Tung" at the time of the casualty.

I was/axkad at the time the fire broke and was
awakened by the noise. I climbed up the side of the ship
from the upper deck to the boat deck on the starboard side.
I did nothing. I saw nothing.
