The Court Clerk stated that no person had indicated
a desire to give evidence or make any comments.
The President then asked if there were any persons present
in the Court who wished to be heard.

The Court then adjourned until 10.0 A. M. on Saturday the
14th February, 1948, when a written finding will be
delivered provided no further evidence is called for.
The Court re-assembled at 10.0 A. M. on Saturday the 14th
February, 1948, and all parties were present.
The following witness was heard:-

Sub-Inspector of Police, Hong Kong.
It was decided to call no further witnesses, and the President
read out the written Finding of the Court. Preseedings
Proceedings were completed at 10.20 A. M. and the investigation
was declared closed.
