ASSEMBLED AT the Marine office on the 4th day of
February, 1948, BY ORDER OF His Excellency the
Governor by Warrant under his own hand the seal
of the Colony dated the 2nd day of February, 1948,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF investigating the casualty to
the River Steamer "Kwong Tung" which occurred on
the evening of Saturday the 31st January, 1948.
