River Steamer KWANGTUNG on Saturday evening shortly before intended departure for Canton. Fire quickly subdued, but steerage passengers stampeded resulting in fatal casualties belioved to number nearly 30, Vessel detained pending Court of Inquiry to be held on Wednesday.
