undesirable, and it should request your protection, the facts should be reported to the Foreign Office for instructions. In such report, your attitude to the Company might be justifiably influenced by its willingness or unwillingness to provide the fullest information in regard to its constitution and activities and to give due publicity (for example on its note-paper) to the fact that it is a Hong Kong etc. registered company.
