(47) when writing to you yesterday, that is, if you have
not already done so, I suggest reference might be made to the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce and the Commercial Counsellor in Shanghai, to make sure that they also agree regarding the acceptability of September 30th as the "specified date".
