The Secretary of State will also be prepared to consider the possibility of appointing on a non-pensionable basis officers born before 1st January 1910 but not above t nge of 50 who possess specialised qualifications, such as experience of the co-operative movement, public relations work, labour or finance questions or commerce and industry, who have been called to the Bar and have had experience of magisterial work. Officers possessing any of these qualifica- tions who wish to be considered should complete the application form and submit it as instructed on it.
