Before applying the closure My Lord, I would like to bring
to your notice the fact that I addressed a "confidential" report to
galiant
the Commissioner of Police regarding action during the Hong Kong
war of 1941, by members of the Force, which was deserving of high
award. To date, nothing has been heard of this.
