5. The figures quoted above are subject to detailed verification by the Accountant General and the Director of Audit and if they are found to be materially incorrect you will be permitted to exercise a fresh option within a stipulated time.
6. The prescribed option form---Form C-is attached to this letter. It should be completed and returned to me through the Head of your Department as soon as possible. No payment of arrears of salary can be authorised until I receive Form C duly signed and completed.
7. The receipt form-Form B- -attached below this letter should be com- pleted and returned to the Head of your Department within three days.
